Baigal Ouynchimeg, a former Mongolian actress and winner of the "Mongolian top model 2000," is not only a successful entrepreneur but also a passionate advocate for human rights, especially those of women, children, and adolescents. She is the founder and current board president of "Baigal" LLC, a Mongolian luxury brand that encompasses the beauty and fashion industry. Baigal has also made investments in the beauty industry and established a homeware line.

Driven by her desire to share her knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship, Baigal has accepted the position of Strategic Partnership & Outreach Officer at the Dem Foundation. In this role, she will actively engage in foreign relations to support entrepreneurs from Mongolia and other countries who are interested in doing business in the United States. Her commitment to the organization's mission will help foster international business opportunities and propel the nonprofit towards its next chapter of growth.
