The DEM Foundation began with a simple yet powerful idea: community support. In July 2022, we launched as an online network of over 2,900 members, predominantly women, united by a shared commitment to uplifting one another. What started as a space to exchange knowledge and practical advice quickly grew into a movement rooted in empowerment and diversity.

Today, the DEM Foundation carries that spirit forward by equipping individuals with tools, resources, and support to thrive. We believe that helping one person succeed creates a ripple effect, touching families, neighborhoods, and entire communities.
