Javzandulam “Jackie”, the founder, has always aspired to be a source of inspiration for others. Ever since she arrived in the US over 20 years ago, her dream has been to pave the way for others to succeed. Her relentless dedication led her to work multiple jobs and continuously acquire new skills, constantly pushing herself out of her comfort zone.

Driven by her passion for giving back, she actively volunteered to organize various charity events within her community. It was during this time that she realized the transformative power of empowering individuals to achieve personal growth and self-confidence.

Motivated by her experiences, she decided to establish the DEM Foundation. Jackie's vision extends beyond the individual level, as she aims to expand the reach of the foundation to benefit her community and promote diversity.
